Junior Handling 2009

My dogshow year had the best possible start by becoming daywinner at CACIB Wels with my Havanese bitch Frou-Frou. It followed some nice top-3-placements and, probably as my birthday present, a group-win at CACIB Oberwart. Of course, I also discovered some new breeds: Kerry Blue Terrier, Weimaraner, Tibetan Terrier, Pharao Hound...alltogether amazing breeds!
Up to now, I've been the only Austrian handler in my age group, who was able to qualify for the Top-5-final in every competition.

The highlight of 2009 was FCI European Winners Dog Show in Dublin. I competed all three days of the show and got placed under the top 4 every day, two times 4th and one times 2nd. Really an amazing result, due to the fact that I had gone there really expecting nothing. I was overwhelmed!
